1. Who we are

This policy explains how Pasar Malam Studio ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit pasarmalamstudio.com or contact us. We are an independent Roblox game studio based in Indonesia. You can reach us at pasarmalamstudio@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

When you visit this website

• Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes data such as your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.
• Language preference. If you switch between Indonesian and English, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It is never sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
• No cookies or tracking. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or social media trackers. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so loading a page does not contact other services.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name (if you include it) and the content of your message. We use this only to read and reply to you.

Links to other platforms

Our site links to TikTok, Instagram, Discord and Roblox. When you follow those links, those platforms' own privacy policies apply. We don't control what they collect.

3. Our games on Roblox

Our games run on Roblox. Your Roblox account and the data tied to it are handled by Roblox Corporation under the Roblox Privacy and Cookie Policy. Like all Roblox developers, we can see information Roblox makes available to us to run a game, such as your username, user ID, in-game progress and aggregated play statistics. We use it only to operate and improve our games. We do not ask players for personal information like real names, addresses or phone numbers.

4. Children

Many of our players are kids and teens, so we keep data collection to a minimum. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before contacting us. Parents or guardians who believe their child has sent us personal data can email us and we will delete it.

5. Why we use data

• To deliver, secure and fix this website (our legitimate interest in running a safe site).
• To reply to messages you send us (at your request).
• To meet legal obligations, if any apply.

6. Who we share it with

We never sell or rent personal data. We only share it with:

• Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website.
• Google, which provides our email service (Gmail).
• Authorities, if we are legally required to.

These providers may process data outside Indonesia, under their own security and privacy commitments.

7. How long we keep it

Technical logs are kept by Cloudflare for a limited period under its own policies. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your message, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law, UU No. 27 of 2022), you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Email pasarmalamstudio@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can, within the time required by law.

9. Security

The website is served only over HTTPS and we keep the personal data we hold to a minimum. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data (for example, when we add new features), we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
